VICTORIAN RESURGENCE
Fila top / H&M outerwear and bottom / Sunnies by Lani eyewear / Soufeel Jewelry accessory / Nike
Breaking my month long blog hiatus by dodging cars and invading private property for an anticipated outfit guide — for the imminent rainy season, initiating this month that is. Despite my negligence for this site amidst May, my schedule has been the exact antithetical — from attending one event to another, roadtrips to the province, being preoccupied with Netflix and sitting for hours in traffic — of my blog's archive. Truthfully, I have no mitigation for being MIA rather than me succumbing in procrastination (or struggling to obtain inventiveness).
With lackluster and its concomitants aside, let's talk about my inadvertent correlate with June's color, Blue, as a color of my ensemble. Associating my style to virility through incorporating style pieces from the 1980's and Victorian era — throwback to my first article where I talked about denim's origin. Regarding my boy next door outfit, I firmly abhor referring to pieces 'masculine' and 'feminine' — ironic, how I still chose to — since fashion is universal; it is for all genders. In terms of inspiration, the 20th century always comes to mind: I like the idea, I like the throwback — from fanny packs, patches to ripped jeans.
This is my favorite blog post so far from you, it's so honest and really relatable. I know I don't blog but I can relate to it with doing stuffs from school and sports sometimes you're becoming too lazy and lose your inspiration. Happy that you're writing again, this blog will always be 1 of the blogs I will keep reading about for fashion tips. Super nice outfit you really do a great job posing too. Also may I ask what app do you use to edit and do a post about it?

I am immensely thankful and humbled, I started writing for myself and to others: to give information, guidance and my truth! That's a good article idea; regardless, for now I can only share the apps I use to edit: Afterlight and VSCO. 🤗 xo
