BUY OR BYE: FAVORI ESSENTIAL OILS
Way back, I am not as fond and am not an avid user of essential oils; however, that changed when I collaborated with
Favori Scents, a Handcrafted Aroma business established by passionate Filipinos, a year ago for an article. The avers about aroma oils being therapeautic and alleviating are, indeed, true. Henceforth, when Favori contacted me to review about their press kit — comprising a Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, Peppermint and Roman Chamomile Essential Oil — I was eminently delighted to comply. Although this is another sponsored write-up, I promise that all views stated are mine — I, personally, always make sure that weeks of testing to products are conducted, before having a verdict on my 'buy or bye' blog posts.
From Left to Right:
1. Sweet Almond Carrier Oil
According to Health Line (2017): "Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils and 'carry' them to your skin — because essential oils are potent and can cause irritation when applied directly to your skin." With that research, considering the Carrier Oil from Favori's lightweight odor and quick absorption: the Sweet Almond Carrier Oil is, verily, sweet. In weeks of usage: I, definitely, would re-purchase — even though, it seems to last almost a year or so — and ponder it as a must-buy.
2. Peppermint Essential Oil
Having Asthma, breathing has always been hard for me and having runny nose has always been associated with me. Nevertheless, all ceased when I started using the Peppermint Essential Oil — a sweet aroma that has an odor of mint candies. In present time, I always carry it everywhere; especially in school, when there are tests since it helps me relax and focus. In spite of the said statements, palpably it is worth the buy.
3. Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
Its description, "Endowed with an overall calming effect for stressed mind and tensed body", is, indeed, true based on my usage. In light to that, this is worth the buy for it aids as gentle help in overcoming anxiousness, restleness and the difficulty to sleep.
